The founder of Aurathentic, her mission is to share as much knowledge about the Universe and consciousness to any seeking knowledge to inspire them to embark on their own, unique spiritual journey. She is an expert in Bio Geometry, Reiki practitioner and is in deep reverence to be a channel for benevolent angelic beings. With over 10 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, Emily understands the intensity of high-responsibility environments and the quiet toll they can take. Her ability to hold grounded, compassionate space was shaped long before she entered the wellness field—through years of leading teams, supporting growth, and navigating pressure with presence.
In 2022, breathwork became a powerful part of her own healing journey. What began as a personal practice quickly evolved into a calling. She immersed herself in study and embodiment, committed to offering this work in a way that is both safe and deeply impactful through workshops, retreats, and 1:1 sessions.
