Aura Photography at Aurathentic

Aura photography is a technique that captures a visual representation of a person’s energy field, translating subtle bioenergetic emissions into colorful images that reflect emotional, mental, and spiritual states.

What is an Aura?

An aura is considered a subtle energy field surrounding living beings, reflecting their emotional, mental, and spiritual state. Many spiritual traditions, including Hinduism and Buddhism, describe the aura as layered energy bodies:

  • Physical Layer: Closest to the body, often invisible.
  • Emotional Layer: Reflects feelings and mood, with colors shifting accordingly.
  • Mental Layer: Represents thoughts and intellectual activity.
  • Spiritual Layer: Connects to higher consciousness or spiritual nature

How Aura Photography Works

Aura photography uses specialized equipment to capture these energy fields visually. The most common method involves Kirlian photography, developed by Semyon Kirlian in 1939, which captures electrical discharges around objects or living beings. Modern aura cameras combine biofeedback sensors and electrophotonic imaging to measure subtle electrical variations in the skin, such as temperature, moisture, and galvanic skin resistance. These readings are then translated into colors using software algorithms, producing a portrait surrounded by a multicolored aura.

During a session, the individual typically places their hands on metal sensors connected to the camera. The sensors detect bioenergetic emissions, which are influenced by the person’s current emotional, physical, and mental state. The camera captures this data in real-time, creating a visual representation of the aura.

Interpreting Aura Colors

  • Red: Passion, energy, determination
  • Orange: Creativity, vitality, enthusiasm
  • Yellow: Joy, intellect, clarity
  • Green: Balance, healing, growth
  • Blue: Calmness, communication, intuition
  • Purple: Spirituality, wisdom, deep thought
  • White: Purity, spiritual alignment

The position of colors also matters: the right side often represents incoming energy (how others perceive you), while the left side shows emitted energy (how you express yourself).

Purpose and Benefits

Aura photography is used for self-discovery, spiritual exploration, and holistic wellness. By visualizing energy patterns, individuals can gain insights into their emotional state, personality traits, and spiritual growth.
